every reason to smile

i've been fighting sickness on & off since feb. these last few nights i shut my eyes while coughs wrack my body. in the mornings i struggle to get enough air into my lungs. and feeling like my chest's gonna explode when i stifle a coughing fit in class. i've lost weight, i've had a fever, i've lost my voice, sometimes i feel like i half lost my mind. don't even get me started on the emotional side of things. this roller coaster of just everyday life.

God still gives me every reason to smile.
His Son paid it all.

Have you not known?


Have you not heard?

The everlasting God, the Lord,


The Creator of the ends of the earth,


Neither faints nor is weary.


His understanding is unsearchable.

He gives power to the weak,


And to those who have no might 

He increases strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary,


And the young men shall utterly fall,
But those who wait on the Lord


Shall renew their strength;


They shall mount up with wings like eagles,


They shall run and not be weary,


They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:28-31

there's no stopping declaring the name of Jesus. i'm thankful for every opportunity God's given me in the last two months to do so. i believe in His healing power. today & everyday.

By His stripes i am healed. Hallelujah.
